AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-six Thousand Dollars
($36,000.00) from the Fee Fee Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund
for engineering services for the final design of Kiefer Creek
Interceptor (Westglen) Sewer Project, Contract E-527.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-six Thousand Dollars
($36,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee Sewer
Extension and Improvement Fund for engineering services for the
final design of Kiefer Creek Interceptor (Westglen) Sewer Project,
Contract E-527.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 22, 1985.
