AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund for
engineering services for the final design of New Florissant Road
and Fountain Creek Sanitary Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-528.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Revenue Fund for engineering services for the final design of New
Florissant Road and Fountain Creek Sanitary Relief Sewer Project,
Contract E-528.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 22, 1985.
