AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-528 with KBR Engineering, Inc.
for engineering services for the final design of New Florissant
Road and Fountain Creek Sanitary Relief Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-528 with
KBR Engineering, Inc. for engineering services for the final
design of New Florissant Road and Fountain Creek Sanitary Relief
Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 22, 1985.
