AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars ($60,400.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for the
construction of a gabion wall, together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project, in
Overbrook Drive No. 20 (85020), in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the property to be served by said
construction has agreed to contribute Nine Thousand Thirty-five
Dollars ($9,035.00) for the cost of materials for said project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty Thousand Four Hundred
Dollars ($60,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for the construction of a gabion wall, together with
repayment of the costs of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Overbrook Drive No. 20 (85020), in the
City of Ladue, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 22, 1985.
