AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Christian
Contracting, Inc. for the construction of a gabion wall in
Overbrook Drive No. 20 (85020), in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Christian Contracting, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of a gabion wall in
Overbrook Drive No. 20 (85020), in the City of Ladue, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 18th day of April, 1985, and formally
executed on the 7th day of May, 1985, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
