AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Eighty-four
Thousand Dollars ($184,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Construction Fund for the cost of professional services required
for Value Engineering for the Bissell Point Secondary Treatment
Project, MSD Contract E-525 (Part of Federal Project No. C-
290641).
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance for said engineering services for Value Engineering for
the Bissell Point Secondary Treatment Project, MSD Contract E-525
(Part of Federal Project No. C-290641).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Eighty Four
Thousand Dollars ($184,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Construction Fund for the cost of professional
services required for Value Engineering for the Bissell Point
Secondary Treatment Project, MSD Contract E-525 (Part of Federal
Project No. C-290641).
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 22, 1985.
