AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($1,050,000.00) from the Mississippi River Construction
Fund for the purchase of certain parcels of real property in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri for the construction of wastewater
treatment facilities to serve the needs of residents of the
Bissell Point Watershed in the Mississippi River Basin.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($1,050,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Construction Fund for the purchase of certain
parcels of real property in the City of St. Louis, Missouri for
the construction of wastewater treatment facilities to serve the
needs of residents of the Bissell Point Watershed in the
Mississippi River Basin.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 22, 1985.
