AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 8 of Country Day Place, a subdivision in the City of Creve
Coeur, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 8; thence South 17 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of thirty-eight feet (38') to a point; thence 61 degrees 16 minutes 16 seconds West a distance of ten and 21/100 feet (10.21') to the actual point of beginning; thence South 61 degrees 16 minutes 16 seconds West a distance of ninety-five and 55/100 feet (95.55') to a point; thence North 27 degrees 47 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of forty-eight and 38/100 feet (48.38') to a point; thence North 37 degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of forty-three and 82/100 feet (43.82') to a point; thence South 89 degrees 37 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of seventy and 17/100 feet (70.17') to a point; thence South 17 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of thirty-two and 72/100 feet (32.72') to the actual point of beginning, in said Lot 8 of Country Day Place, a subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 107, Pages 74 and 75 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 22, 1985.
