AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a Shared Savings Lease
Agreement with Sachs Energy Management Systems for the lease-
purchase of an energy management system by the District for the
general offices building at 2000 Hampton Avenue, in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a Shared
Savings Lease Agreement with Sachs Energy Management Systems for
the lease-purchase of an energy management system by the District
for the general offices building at 2000 Hampton Avenue, in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. The Shared Savings Lease Agreement
authorized in Section One of this Ordinance shall be comprised of
such terms and conditions as are approved by the Director of Legal
Services of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 22, 1985.
