AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into contracts with American States Insurance
Company (Arthur J. Gallagher & Company, Agent) for the initial
Three Hundred Thousand Dollars coverage of the District's
automobile fleet insurance from June 1, 1985 to May 31, 1986, and
Tudor Insurance Company (Arthur J. Gallagher & Company, Agent) for
the excess Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars coverage beyond the
initial Three Hundred Thousand Dollars coverage of the District's
automobile fleet insurance from June 1, 1985 to May 31, 1986.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into contracts with American States
Insurance Company for the initial Three Hundred Thousand Dollars
coverage of the District's automobile fleet insurance from June 1,
1985 to May 31, 1986, and the Tudor Insurance Company for the
excess Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars coverage beyond the initial
Three Hundred Thousand Dollars coverage of the District's
automobile fleet insurance from June 1, 1985 to May 31, 1986, at
and for a combined annual premium of One Hundred Seventy-one
Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-eight Dollars ($171,558.00) for such
policy period.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 22, 1985.
