AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety-five Thousand
Dollars ($95,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Black Creek for engineering
services for the final design of BC-1 Sanitary Relief Sewer
Project, Contract E-530.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-five Thousand Dollars
($95,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black Creek for
engineering services for the final design of BC-1 Sanitary Relief
Sewer Project, Contract E-530.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 1985.
