AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lot 4 and Lot 5 of Lackland Business Park, in St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and this
District has no further use for said subject easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of two
ten foot (10') wide sewer easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the West line of said Lot 4, said point being a distance of thirty-five and 13/100 feet (35.13') South of the Northwest corner of said Lot 4 measured along said West line; thence South 51 degrees 06 minutes 45 seconds East a distance of ten and 4/100 feet (10.04') to a point; thence along a line ten feet (10') East of and parallel to the West line of said Lot 4 South 34 degrees 0 minutes 24 seconds West a distance of two hundred twenty-nine and 28/100 feet (229.28') to a point on a curve; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of sixty-four feet (64'), an arc length of twenty and 08/100 feet (20.08') and a chord which bears North 55 degrees 59 minutes 36 seconds West a distance of twenty feet (20') to a point; thence along a line ten feet (10') West of and parallel to the West line of said Lot 4 North 34 degrees 00 minutes 24 seconds East a distance of two hundred thirty and 99/100 feet (230.99') to a point; thence South 51 degrees 06 minutes 45 seconds East a distance of ten and 04/100 feet (10.04') to the point of beginning in Lot 4 and Lot 5 of Lackland Business Park as recorded in Plat Book 181, Pages 98 and 99 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 1985.
