AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Fred Weber,
Inc. for the construction of storm and sanitary sewers in Muriel &
Roslan (S-1943, C-1075), in the City of Woodson Terrace and
Village of Breckenridge Hills, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred Weber, Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Muriel & Roslan
(S-1943, C-1075), in the City of Woodson Terrace and Village of
Breckenridge Hills, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 2nd
day of May, 1985, and formally executed on the 21st day of May,
1985, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
