AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Wachter
Construction, Inc. for the construction of a gabion wall in
Anchorage No. 9538 (S-2283, C-1151), in the City of Crestwood,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Wachter Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Anchorage No. 9538 (S-2283, C-1151), in the City of Crestwood,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 21st day of March
1985, and formally executed on the 21st day of May, 1985, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
