AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Forty-one
Thousand Dollars ($241,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of the
cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
in Coldwater Creek - Overland - Section IV - Phase 2 (S-1709, C-
1163), in the City of Overland, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) toward the total costs of said
project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said
money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Overland, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Ninety Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($90,500.00)
toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Forty-one
Thousand Dollars ($241,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in Coldwater Creek - Overland -
Section IV - Phase 2 (S-1709, C-1163), in the City of Overland,
Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
