AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Coldwater Creek
- Overland - Section IV - Phase 2 (S-1709, C-1163), in the City of
Overland, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Coldwater Creek - Overland - Section IV - Phase 2 (S-1709, C-
1163), in the City of Overland, Missouri, within The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 9th day of May, 1985, and formally executed on the 21st day of
May, 1985, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
