AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) from the MSD Revenue Fund for the cost of engineering
design of the Martigney Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant By-Pass
in the Mississippi River Basin.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the MSD Revenue Fund for
the cost of engineering design of the Martigney Creek Wastewater
Treatment Plant By-Pass in the Mississippi River Basin.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 1985.
