AN ORDINANCE, transferring Five Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($550,000.00) from the Emergency Fund to the Mississippi
River Operating Fund, and appropriating One Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($150,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund
for emergency sewer repairs at Grand and Penrose, in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said emergency repairs had initially been
funded from the Mississippi River Operating Fund, and the transfer
of funds as hereby effected will reimburse said Mississippi River
Operating Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($550,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Emergency
Fund to the Mississippi River Operating Fund.
Section Two. The sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($150,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund for emergency sewer repairs at Grand and
Penrose, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 1985.
