AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixteen Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($16,500.00) from the General Fund of the District
to Program Management Office Account No. 444 for easement
acquisition in the project known as River Valley Apartments (P-
11359), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 5718, adopted August 22, 1984,
authorized the acquisition of said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($16,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund
of the District to Program Management Office Account No. 444 for
easement acquisition in the project known as River Valley
Apartments (P-11359), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 1985.
