AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighteen Thousand Dollars
($18,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used
for the construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of
the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
in Sapphire Ave. No. 5530 (S-1946, C-1074), in the City of
Jennings, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Mississippi River Operating Fund, and
WHEREAS, the City of Jennings, Missouri has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project;
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will
be returned to the Mississippi River Operating Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighteen Thousand Dollars
($18,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund to be used for the construction of storm sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in Sapphire Ave. No. 5530 (S-1946,
C-1074), in the City of Jennings, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 26, 1985.
