AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in
Sapphire Ave. No. 5530 (S-1946, C-1074), in the City of Jennings,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Sapphire Ave. No. 5530 (S-1946, C-1074), in the City of Jennings,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 16th day of May 1985,
and formally executed on the 11th day of June, 1985, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
