AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Samuel Kraus
Company for the construction of storm and sanitary sewers in
Maintenance Repairs Number 36 (S-2439, C-1162), in the City of
Ladue, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Samuel Kraus Company, as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Maintenance Repairs Number 36 (S-2439, C-1162), in the City of
Ladue, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 13th day of May, 1985,
and formally executed on the 11th day of June, 1985, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
