AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Million Five Hundred
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,550,000.00) from the Mississippi River
General Fund to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers,
together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in Maline Creek Relief Sewer -
Phase I, Section C (S-2139, C-1165), in the City of Bellefontaine
Neighbors, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Seven Hundred Eighty-four Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-five
Dollars ($784,535.00) toward the total costs of said project; upon
the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Mississippi River General Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Five Hundred
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,550,000.00) is hereby appropriated from
the Mississippi River General Fund to be used for the construction
of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, in Maline
Creek Relief Sewer - Phase I, Section C (S-2139, C-1165), in the
City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 26, 1985.
