AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with McCarthy
Brothers Company for the construction of sanitary sewers in Maline
Creek Relief Sewer - Phase I, Section C (S-2139, C-1165), in the
City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to McCarthy Brothers Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Maline Creek Relief Sewer - Phase I Section C (S-2139, C-1165), in
the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 28th day of May, 1985, and formally executed on
the 11th day of June, 1985, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
