AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-nine Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($29,300.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of The Meramec River Basin - MSD
Southwest for engineering services for the Friendship
Village/Forest View Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Contract E-
533.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-nine Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($29,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of The
Meramec River Basin - MSD Southwest for engineering services for
the Friendship Village/Forest View Wastewater Treatment
Facilities, Contract E-533.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 26, 1985.
