AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-533 with WVP Corporation for
engineering services for the Friendship Village/Forest View
Wastewater Treatment Facilities.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-533 with
WVP Corporation for engineering services for the Friendship
Village/Forest View Wastewater Treatment Facilities.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 26, 1985.
