AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 28 of South Maryland Heights, a subdivision in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit: A ten (10) foot wide easement along the West line of Lot 28 of South Maryland Heights from a point fifteen (15) feet south of Bowling Green and continuing southwardly One Hundred and fifteen (115) feet in said Lot 28 of South Maryland Heights, a subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 48 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 26, 1985.
