AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a portion of a conditionally vacated alley in City
Block 2147 and in Lots 2, 3, 4 and 17 of Conner's Subdivision No.
30 of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
subject portion of a conditionally vacated alley, and this
District has no further use for this portion of a conditionally
vacated alley,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may
have in the following described portion of a conditionally vacated
alley:
The northern four feet (4') of a conditionally vacated East-
West alley in City Block 2147 as conditionally vacated by
City of St. Louis Ordinance No. 57994 and in Lots 2, 3, 4 and
17 of Conner's Subdivision No. 30, as recorded in Plat Book
53, Page 11 of the City of St. Louis Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 26, 1985.
