AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in conditionally vacated streets in Cunningham
Industrial Park Plat No. 1 & 2 in University City, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
subject conditionally vacated streets, and this District has no
further use for these conditionally vacated streets,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may
have in the following described conditionally vacated streets:
Bartmer Avenue, sixty feet (60') wide, beginning at the
East side of Sutter Avenue, sixty feet (60') wide, to the East
side of Williams Boulevard, forty feet (40') wide.
Williams Boulevard, forty feet (40') wide from the
North line of Bartmer Avenue, sixty feet (60') wide, to the North
line of Cunningham Industrial Park Plat No. 1 as recorded in Plat
Book 136, Pages 38 and 39 of the St. Louis County Records.
East Park Industrial Drive, forty feet (40') wide, from
the South line of Cunningham Industrial Park Plat No. 1 as
recorded in Plat Book 136, Pages 38 and 39 of the St. Louis County
Records to the South line of Bartmer Avenue, sixty feet (60')
wide.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 26, 1985.
