AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Thirty-five
Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for the purchase of
certain real property in St. Louis County, Missouri for future
improvements to Maline Creek.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-five Thousand Dollars
($35,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for
the purchase of certain real property in St. Louis County,
Missouri for future improvements to Maline Creek.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 26, 1985.
