AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in
Lot 88 of Cambridge Estates Plat One, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement in Lot
88 of Cambridge Estates Plat One, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
described below are hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point in the Southwest line of said Lot 88, being distant North 41 degrees 22 minutes 17 seconds West a distance of twelve feet (12') from the Southwest corner of said Lot 88; thence North 41 degrees 22 minutes 17 seconds West a distance of sixty and 96/100 feet (60.96') along the Southwest line of said Lot 88 to a point; thence along a curve to the right whose radius point bears South 34 degrees 50 minutes 23 seconds East 563.12 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of ten and 08/100 feet (10.08') to a point; thence South 41 degrees 22 minutes 17 seconds East a distance of fifty-nine and 73/100 feet (59.73') to a point; thence South 48 degrees 37 minutes 43 seconds West a distance of ten feet (10') to the point of beginning in Cambridge Estates Plat One as recorded in Plat Book 219, Pages 66 and 67 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 1985.
