AN ORDINANCE, transferring Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Black Creek, Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek and Fifteen ($15,000.00) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the
University City Branch of River des Peres to the General Fund of
the District, and making an appropriation of Fifty-five Thousand
Dollars ($55,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for
engineering services for the final design of Maintenance Repairs
No. 5, 35, 42, 43, 44, 56 and 57, Contract E-535.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Black Creek to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Three. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of
River des Peres to the General Fund of the District.
Section Four. The sum of Fifty-five Thousand Dollars
($55,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for Engineering Services for the final design of
Maintenance Repairs No. 35, 42, 43, 44, 56 and 57, Contract E-535.
Section Five. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 1985.
