AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to enter into Contract E-535 with KBR Engineering,
Inc. for engineering services for the final design of Maintenance
Repairs No. 35, 42, 43, 44, 56 and 57.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-535 with
KBR Engineering, Inc. for engineering services for the final
design of Maintenance Repairs No. 35, 42, 43, 44, 56 and 57.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 1985.
