AN ORDINANCE, transferring Thirty-five Thousand Dollars
($35,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of the Maline Creek, Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of River des Peres
and Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Black Creek, to
the General Fund of the District, and making an appropriation of
Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000.00) from the General Fund of the
District for engineering services for the final design of
Maintenance Repairs No. 38, 40, 41, 46, 47, 48, 54 and 55,
Contract E-536.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-five Thousand Dollars
($35,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to the
General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Three. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of
River des Peres to the General Fund of the District.
Section Four. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Black Creek to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Five. The sum of Seventy Thousand Dollars
($70,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for engineering services for the final design of
Maintenance Repairs No. 38, 40, 41, 46, 47, 48, 54 and 55,
Contract E-536.
Section Six. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 1985.
