AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-536 with Fruco Engineers for
engineering services for the final design of Maintenance Repairs
No. 38, 40, 41, 46, 47, 48, 54 and 55.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-536 with
Fruco Engineers for engineering services for the final design of
Maintenance Repairs No. 38, 40, 41, 46, 47, 48, 54 and 55.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 1985.
