AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers
in St. Ann Country Club Addition (S-2417, C-1168), in the City of
St. Ann, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company, Inc. as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in St. Ann Country Club Addition (S-2417, C-1168), in the
City of St. Ann, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 6th
day of June, 1985, and formally executed on the 25th day of June,
1985, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
