AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-three Thousand Four
Hundred Ten Dollars ($23,410.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project, in
Robyn Park No. 12001 (S-2228, C-1172), in the Village of Westwood,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the property to be served by said
construction has agreed to contribute One Thousand Six Hundred
Sixty Dollars ($1,660.00) for the cost of materials for said
project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-three Thousand Four
Ten Hundred Dollars ($23,410.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to be used for the construction of storm sewers; together
with repayment of the costs of Engineering, Survey, and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in Robyn Park No. 12001 (S-2228,
C-1172), in the Village of Westwood, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 1985.
