AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Eighty Thousand
Dollars ($180,000.00) from the Fee Fee Sewer Revenue Fund to be
used for the construction of storm sewers, together with repayment
of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Forum West (S-2294), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project; upon the
receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be
returned to the Fee Fee Sewer Revenue Fund, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project;
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will
be returned to the Fee Fee Sewer Revenue Fund, and
WHEREAS, the owners of the property to be served by
said project have agreed to contribute one-third (1/3) of the
total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said money will be returned to the Fee Fee Sewer
Revenue Fund, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand
Dollars ($180,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee
Sewer Revenue Fund to be used for the construction of storm
sewers, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey
and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Forum West (S-2294),
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 1985.
