AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Kirkwood
Excavating, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Forum
West (S-2294), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Kirkwood Excavating, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Forum
West (S-2294), in St. Louis County, Missouri, within The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 18th day of June, 1985 and formally executed on
the 25th day of June, 1985, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
