AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Gourock No.
10554 (S-2262, C-11715), Glasgow Village, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Company, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Gourock No. 10554 (S-2262, C-1175), in Glasgow Village, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 27th day of June, 1985, and formally
executed on the 9th day of July, 1985, by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
