AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety Thousand Dollars
($90,000.00) from the Mississippi River General Fund for
engineering services for the Harlem-Baden Stormwater Study,
Contract E-537.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety Thousand Dollars
($90,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
General Fund for engineering services for the Harlem-Baden
Stormwater Study, Contract E-537.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 24, 1985.
