AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement as described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The ten (10) foot easement crossing Lots 3A and 3B of
Weidmann Center; said easement recorded in Plat Book
155, Page 67 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 24, 1985.
