Home My Public Portal About06154 O R D I N A N C E NO. 6154 AN ORDINANCE, transferring Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the Gravois Creek, Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund Deer Creek, Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek and Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) from the Fee Fee Connection Fees account to the General Fund of the District, and appropriating One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for professional services pertaining to the District's sanitary and stormwater projects, Contracts E-541 and E-542. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement fund of Coldwater Creek to the General Fund of the District. Section Two. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to the General Fund of the District. Section Three. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) is hereby, transferred from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to the General Fund of the District. Section Four. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement fund of Maline Creek to the General Fund of the District. Section Five. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) is hereby, transferred from the Fee Fee Connection Fees Account to the General Fund of the District. Section Six. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District for professional services pertaining to the District's sanitary and stormwater project, Contracts E-541 and E-542. Section Seven. This Ordinance, being an appropriation Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1985.
