AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 29 of Northfield in the City of Bridgeton, St. Louis County,
Missouri,
WHEREAS, a new easement has been obtained to replace
the subject easement and the District has no further use for the
subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 29 of Northfield, a Subdivision in the City of Bridgeton, St. Louis County; thence North 82 degrees 35 minutes West, along the south line of said Lot 29, a distance of 167.00 feet to a point; thence North 14 degrees 15 minutes 34 seconds East, a distance of 3.68 feet to the actual point of beginning of the portion of easement to be vacated; thence North 14 degrees 15 minutes 34 seconds East, a distance of 17.62 feet to a point; thence North 48 degrees 49 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 105.14 feet to a point, on the north line of the lot transferred to John E. Stupperich and Dewilla M. Stupperich, his wife, in Plat Book 3584, Page 376; thence South 82 degrees 35 minutes East along the north line of said lot, a distance of 13.33 feet to a point; thence South 48 degrees 49 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 128.47 feet, said point being the point of ending of said ten foot wide easement being vacated; said easement being recorded in Book 7423, Page 1730 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1985.
