AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Eighty-three
Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($183,750.00) from the
General Fund of the District for the purchase of approximately
twenty-two acres of certain real property in St. Louis County,
Missouri necessary for ash disposal operations for portions of the
Mississippi River Basin and Lower Meramec River Basin.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Eighty-three
Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($183,750.00) is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund of the District for the
purchase of approximately twenty-two acres of certain real
property in St. Louis County, Missouri necessary for ash disposal
operations for portions of the Mississippi River Basin and Lower
Meramec River Basin.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1985.
