AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to purchase approximately twenty-two acres of
certain real property in St. Louis County, Missouri necessary for
ash disposal operations for portions of the Mississippi River
Basin and Lower Meramec River Basin.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to purchase approximately
twenty-two acres of certain real property in St. Louis County,
Missouri necessary for ash disposal operations for portions of the
Mississippi River Basin and Lower Meramec River Basin.
Section Two. The purchase authorized in Section One
of this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions
as are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1985.
