AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
One Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($140,000.00) from the
Subdistrict Planning Fund for engineering services involving the
acquisition of facilities and easements for facilities in the
Lower Meramec River Basin - Grand Glaize, Fishpot and Kiefer
Creek, Contract E-432, (Part of Federal Project No. C-290875).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Forty Thousand
Dollars ($140,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Subdistrict
Planning Fund for engineering services involving the acquisition
of facilities and easements for facilities in the Lower Meramec
River Basin - Grand Glaize, Fishpot and Kiefer Creek, Contract E-
432, (Part of Federal Project No. C-290875).
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 1985.
