HomeMy Public PortalAbout06171 O R D I N A N C E NO. 6171 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($125,600.00) from the General Fund of the District to be used for the removal and replacement of concrete streets, driveways, sidewalks and curbing, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such project in Maintenance Paving Contract 1985-86 (S-1690, C-1178), at various locations within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of One Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($125,600.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the District to be used for the removal and replacement of concrete streets, driveways, sidewalks and curbing, together with repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such project in Maintenance Paving Contract 1985- 86 (S-1690, C-1178), at various locations within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 28, 1985.
