AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty-four Thousand
Dollars ($84,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for the
construction of storm sewers, together with repayment of the cost
of Engineering, Survey, and Inspection, and miscellaneous other
costs incurred in connection with such construction project in
Arv-Ellen Drive No. 9823 (S-1550, C-1180), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Twenty-Eight Thousand Dollars ($28,000.00) toward the total costs
of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek, and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Sixteen Thousand Dollars ($16,000.00) toward the total
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek, and
WHEREAS, the developer to be served by said project has
agreed to contribute Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) toward
the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds
from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty-four Thousand Dollars
($84,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for the construction of storm sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Arv-Ellen Drive in No. 9823 (S-1550, C-
1180), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 28, 1985.
