AN ORDINANCE, transferring Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of the Gravois Creek, Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek and Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) from the Fee Fee Connection Fees account to the
General Fund of the District, and appropriating Eighty Thousand
Dollars ($80,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for
professional services pertaining to the District's storm and
sanitary relief projects, Contracts E-539 and E-540.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) is hereby, transferred from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to the General fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Three. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) is hereby, transferred from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to the
General Fund of the District.
Section Four. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to the General
Fund of the District.
Section Five. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) is hereby, transferred from the Fee Fee Connection
Fees Account to the General Fund of the District.
Section Six. The sum of Eighty Thousand Dollars
($80,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for professional services pertaining to the District's
storm and sanitary relief project, Contracts E-539 and E-540.
Section Seven. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 11, 1985.
